2 1/2 lb chicken or turkey, cooked and cubed
1 8 oz jar taco sauce
2 c grated moteray jack cheese
1 lg container sour cream
2 pkg flour tortillas
1 4 oz can green chilis, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat with 1 1/2 c cheese, green chilis and all but 2-3 oz of the sour cream. Wrap in tortillas, line in bottom of larg lasagna pan. Spread taco sauce over the enchiladas. Sprinkle with rest of cheese and bake 350 about 30 minutes.
