12 slices bread
3/4 lb sharp american cheese
2-2 1/2 c chopped ham, chicken or turkey
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped brocolli, cook & drain
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated
6 beaten eggs
3/4 t salt
3 1/2 c milk
1/4 t dry mustard
2 T minced onion

Directions:

Beat last 5 ingredients. Remove crust from bread and break up crust. Place crust parts on bottom of 13X9 casarole pan. Put cheese over the crust bits, then broccoli, then ham. With cookie cutter, cut circles out of bread slices. Place the bread squares on to of the ham. Sprinkle holes with parmesan cheese. Place cut out circles on the holes and pour the egg mixture over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for 55 minutes.
