6 lb hamberger
6 onions, chopped
1/2 c butter
1/4 c flour
2 T and 1 t salt
4 cloves garlic minced
1 t pepper
3 cans mushrooms, drained
6 cans cream of chicken soup
6 c sour cream
24 oz noodles, cooked and drained
1 c parsley, snipped

Saute ground beef and onions in butter. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 m in. Stir in soup. Heat to boiling-stirring-reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes.Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.Sprinkle with parsley.
