2 medium onions
1 large can tomatoes (biggest)
1-2 pods garlic
2 cans ortega peppers
2 1/2 -.3 lb cheddar, monterry jack
2-2 1/2 doz tortillas
carton of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions, garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, simmer for 15 minutes. Cut tortillas in quarters, then run through hot grease. Place in layers in deep casserole -
-tortillas
-cheese sauce
-top with sour cream
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
