4 1/2 c cubed cooked ham
1 1/2 c chopped green pepper
3 medium onions, chopped
6 cans cream of celery soup
5 1/2 lb potatoes, pared thinly sliced (8 2/3 c)
1/2 c toasted bread crums or durkees fried onions
2 t melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together meat, gr pepper, onions and soup. In 2 ungreased pans, spread 1/4 of soup mixture, top with 1/2 potatoes, cover with 1/4 soup mixture. Cover, bake 1 1/2 hour. Toss crumbs with butter. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer
