2/3 c cocoa
3 c sugar
1/8 t salt
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 c butter or margarine
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in large saucepan. Stir in milk. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil without stirring to soft ball stage (234 degrees). Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Do not stir. Cool at room temperature until candy reaches 110 degrees. Beat with wooden spoon until candy loses its gloss. Quickly spread into buttered 9 inch pan. Cool and cut into squares.
