3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
8 chicken drumsticks (about 1 1/2 lbs)

Directions:
Directions:
For sauce, stir together honey, mustard, lemon juice, and orange peel Set aside.

For a charcoal grill, grill chicken on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once halfway through grilling and brushing wit;h sauce during the last 10 minutes or grilling. (For gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place chicken on grill rack over ;heat. Cover and grill as above.)
