8 oz. Ricotta Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped pepperoni
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine ricotta cheese, mayonnaise and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Stir in Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and red pepper. Mix well and spoon into an ungreased oven-proof casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly & golden.
