6 T mayo
1/2 t grated lemon peel
1 t lemon juice
1/4 T pepper
1/4 t red pepper
1/4 c saute onion
1/2 c cracker crumbs
1 T dry mustard
2- 7 oz cans of salmon
1 egg

Mix all together and shape into patties. Fry in oil.
