4 c. Almond Delight cereal
7 oz. (about 24 ) caramels unwrapped
1 tbsp. water
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place cereal in a large bowl; set aside. In a small saucepan over a low heat, melt caramels with water, stirring until smooth. Caramels can also be melted in the microwave on high setting for 1 1/2 minutes to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in almond extract. Pour over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool, stirring occasionally to separate into pieces. Store in an airtight containter.
