3 eggs, beaten
1 T baking powder
1 T butter, melted
1 c milk, scalded
1 t salt, 4 c flour


2 whole chickens or 9-10 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together until well blended and smooth. On a lightly floured board, roll out the dough until it is 1/8 inch thick. Divide the 1 inch strips into 2 inch pieces. Cover the flat pieces with a tea towel and allow to dry.Simmer the chicken in a large soup pot half full of water and 3 cans of swansons chicken broth. Sprinkle with parsley, cook chicken til done, remove from broth, let cool. Debone and remove the skin. Place chicken back in pot, cook on low and gradually add the dumplings. Simmer uncovered til done.
