Salad:
1 pkg long grain wild rice
½ cup green onions, sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
6 cups fresh spinach
¾ cup sunflower seeds


Dressing:
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 cup oil
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions, omitting butter. Chill rice. Layer spinach, rice, mushrooms, green onions and sunflower seeds in large bowl. Toss with dressing before serving.
