1 c sugar
1/3 c margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c mashed, ripe bananas (3-4)
1/3 c water
1 2/3 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/4 t baking powder

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9X5X3 inch loaf pan. Mix sugar and butter. Stir in eggs until blended. Add bananas and water. Beat for 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan and bake for about one hour or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Cool before slicing.
