1 pkg sausage
1 9 in. pie shell
1 1/2 c grated swiss cheese
1/4 c each of chopped red and green pepper
2 T chopped onion
4 eggs lightly beaten
1 c light cream or polyrich

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, crumble and drain. Put pie shell in pan. Mix cheese and sausage and sprinkle in shell. Combine remaining ingredients and add to eggs. Pour in shell and bake 375 for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
