1 loaf frozen bread
1 egg beaten
2 cups pepperoni, finely diced
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Allow bread to rise, punch down and roll out to approximately 15 X 18 inches. Brush with beaten egg. Spread the pepperoni over the beaten egg. Sspread the mozzarella over the pepperoni. Roll the bread dough over the mixture into a jelly roll shape. Pinch the ends. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, seam down. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until it sounds hollow.
