2 lb. bottom round beef
1/4 c. flour
(cut in 1" cubes)
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. vegetable oil
4 small onions, quartered
4 small carrots, cut in 1" pieces
4 small potatoes, quartered
2 ribs celery, sliced
Two 7.5 oz cans tomato sauce
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Coat meat cubes in flour and spices. Toss meat in a 3 quart casserole with vegetable oil. Bake uncovered at 400 F for 30 minutes, stirring once.

Add remaining ingredients, mixing well and then bake covered at 350 F for about two more hours or until vegetables are tender.
