1 pkg chopped spinach
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
4 oz mozzarella cheese
2 cup herb croutons, seasoned

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, cool and drain spinach. Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours or overnight. Form into balls and bake 15-18 minutes on greased cookie sheet at 350 degree oven
