One lb ground meat (1/2 lb for 2)
8 English muffins, sliced
Olive oil
2 cans tomato paste
2 T sugar
Oregano
1 T onion flakes
Parmesan cheese
Mozarella cheese
Garlic
Salt and pepper
Accent

Directions:
Directions:
Brush outside of English muffins with oil and toast on outside lightly.

Brown meat. Stir in paste and seasonings and parmesan cheese. Put oil on inside half of muffins. Top with meat mixture. Top with mozarella cheese. Bake 20 minutes in 350 oven.
