4 egg whites
2/3c. sugar
1/4c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour cookie sheet
Beat egg whites until foamy
Add sugar, flour, salt almond
Stir in coconut
Drop by tbs. 2" apart
Bake 325º for 13 to 17 minutes
