1 stick butter
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb crawfish ( or shrimp)
2 cans cream potato soup
2 can cream style corn
2 1/4 c. skim milk
Seasonings & Cayenne

Saute pepper and onions.
Add Crawfish- cook for 15 minutes. Add everything else and season. Simmer for 15-45 minutes.
