1 lb. ground beef
1 16oz. jar picante sauce
1 5.5 oz can tomato paste
1 15.5 oz. refried beans
1 c. chopped tomato
1 8 oz. container sour cream
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
black olives to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown ground beef and add to it the picante sauce and the tomato paste. Spread a layer of refried beans into a casserole dish. Then, layer the ground beef mixture on the beans. Spread the chopped tomatoes next. Next, spread the sour cream on top of the tomatoes. Finally, sprinkle cheese on top and garnish with sliced black olives, if desired. Bake covered for 45 minutes or until cheese it melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
