4 T. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 10 oz. packages chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in a 9x9 pan while the oven is preheating. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add the flour, milk, salt and baking powder to the eggs, and mix well. Stir in the cheese and spinach, and spread mixture in the pan. Bake for 35 minutes and allow to cool for an additional 45 minutes.
