1 package for small flour tortillas
12 eggs, scrambled
1 lb. spicy pork sausage, browned and drained
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the eggs, sausage and cheese. Wrap a portion of the mixture in a tortilla, and roll up. Wrap individual burritos in foil. Refrigerate overnight, or up to five days. Heat in a 400º oven for 20-25 minutes.
