6 boneless chicken breasts

Batter:
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour

3-4 c. crushed corn flakes
6 T. melted butter

Dipping Sauce:
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. mayo
1/4 c. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Trim fat from chicken breasts and cut into tenders. Mix together the batter ingredients and place chicken tenders into the batter. Place crushed cornflakes into a shallow bowl. Piece by piece, remove chicken tenders from batter and roll in corn flakes. Place onto cookie sheet. Drizzle melted butter over the breaded chicken pieces and bake for twenty minutes or until juices run clear. Meanwhile, mix together sauce ingredients.
