1/2c. shortening
3 tbs. honey
4 Eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1c. whole wheat flour
1/4c. carob flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Frosting: 12oz. nonfat cream cheese
2 tsp. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350

Cream shortening and honey together thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well. Bake in a greased cookie sheet for 25 minutes.
Frosting blend together cream cheese and honey. Spread over cool brownies. cut into squares.
