1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 stick oleo
1 lg. can of peaches (drained)
1 pint sour cream
3 egg yolks
cinnamon to taste
Cool Whip or Whip Cream (if desired)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix and softened oleo. Press lightly in greased 9 x 13" pan. Arrange peach slices on top. Beat sour cream and egg yolks together. Pour over peaches, spreading to sides of pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Top with Cool Whip or Whipped cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
