2 c. boiling water
2 c. cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 c. cheese whiz or velveeta
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. cubed ham
1 c. diced potatoes
1/4 c. oleo
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine water, veggies, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Do not drain. In large saucepan melt oleo. Stir in flour then milk and heat to boiling. Continue to simmer, stirring consistently until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add un-drained veggies and ham. Heat through but do not boil.
