1/2 c. butter
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
1 can marshmallow cream
1 bar (13 oz) sweet chocolate, grated
2 pks (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Combine butter, sugar, and milk. Boil 5 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingrediants. Cool.
