2 tbsp dry yeast
1/3 c. and 2 3/4 c. lukewarm water
1/2 tsp. and 3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp salt
8 c. flour
butter, to brush over bread

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 2 tbsp. of dry yeast in 1/3 c. lukewarm water. Add 1/2 tsp of sugar. Let set for five minutes and then add 2 3/4 c. lukewarm water, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp of salt, and 8 c. of flour. Mix and knead until it forms a ball.

Then put into three greased bread pans. Let rise 1 hour.

Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Take out of pans and brush butter over top of bread.
