2 tbsp. dry yeast
1/3 c. lukewarm water
1 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 stick oleo
2 1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
8 c. flour
butter (to brush over buns)

Directions:
Directions:
Take 2 tbsp of dry yeast, and dissolve in 1/3 c. of lukewarm water. Add 1/2 tsp of sugar. Dissolve 1 stick of oleo in 2 1/3 c. of milk on top of stove. Cool and add small c. of sugar, 1 tbsp of salt, and 2 beaten eggs.

Add all above to 8 c. of flour. Mix and knead until it forms a ball. Cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours. Then shape in buns and let rise 1/2 hour.

Bake in 325º oven for 30 minutes. Take out of pans and brush butter over top of buns. Cool.
