4 neck slices
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. fat.
3 cups water
3 carrots sliced
2 1/2 cups cut green beans
3 potatoes peeled and sliced
1 onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut neck slices 3/4 to 1 inch thick. Dredge with flour and brown in hot fat. Add water, cover and simmer for 1 hour in skillet. Add sliced potatoes, carrots, green beans, and onion. Season. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
