2 – 10oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 – 12oz. pkgs. shredded cheddar cheese (one in, one on)
4 half chicken breasts, cooked and boned
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in salted water until just tender. Drain well on paper towels. Arrange broccoli in 9 x 13 (greased) baking pan. Place cooked chicken over broccoli. Combine soup, mayo and one pkg. of cheese, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over chicken. Sprinkle other pkg. of cheese over all. Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs. Drizzle with butter.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Can be made the day before and refrigerated over night. Add crumbs just before baking.
Serve over rice.
