6 slices rye bread, cubed
1 - 16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1# deli sliced corned beef, cut in strips
3/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spread bread cubes in bottom 9"x13" pan. Spread sauerkraut over bread cubes, then beef strips over all. Pour dressing over top. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray and cover baking dish (sprayed side down). Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
