1-2 lbs of sirlion steak
3 Tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
1 lg onion, sliced
1/2 tsp paprika
2-3 Tbsp oil
1 beef bouillion cube
Tony Chacheree seasoning
Tony Chaceree gravy/roux mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into bite size pieces, slice onion, add flour, salt,pepper,and paprika to beef. Heat oil in skillet add beef, cook until brown. add onion cook until tender. Dissolve boullion cube in boiling water
add to meat, sprinkle gravy mix into skillet, stir. Cover , reduce heat to low cook for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Check and add water if needed
