6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 large can of peas and carrots
4-6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
8 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. butter/margarine
4-5 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
1 9 inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Layer chicken, peas and carrots and sliced eggs in greased casserole dish. Make sauce by melting butter and slowly stirring in flour until smooth. Add chicken broth and stir constantly until thick and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over chicken mixture. Top with pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until crust in brown
