3 potatoes (cubed)
4 carrots (sliced)
4 sticks celery (sliced)
8 strips bacon (fried, cut into bits)
1 - 2 cans clams
1 1/2 pts. whipping cream
garlic salt, salt and pepper
flour
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place vegetables and seasonings in a large pot of water and simmer until vegetables are soft. Then add bacon and clams (with liquid from can). Cook for about 1/2 hour more to blend flavors. Add cream and thicken with a flour and butter paste. Simmer until desired thickness and serve warm.
