Ingredients:  
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
4-8 oz. mushrooms sliced
1/2 c. green onions w/tops, sliced
2 med. tomatoes diced
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
12 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 t. salt, pepper, oregono

Directions:
Directions:
Layer sausage, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes. and cheese in greased 9x13 pan.
Beat remaining ingred. and pour over sausage mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until set and golden
brown.(approx. 30 min.)

*CAN BE MADE NITE BEFORE AND PUT IN REFRIG.
