1-8oz. can crushed pineapple
1-3 oz. pkg. of lemon jello
1 c. crushed pecans
1 c. grated American cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pineapple and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add hot water and lemon jello. Stir until jello is dissolved. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Add whipped cream, pecans and 1 c. grated cheese. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
