2 egg whites
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup choc (mini) chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well after each addition. Stil in vanilla & chips.
Drop by teaspoons on foil lined cookie sheets. Put in oven & turn oven off immediaely.
Do not open oven door for at least 8 hours. Makes about 40 or 50 cookies. Store in air tight container

Easy to make, You can get creative & even make them low cal if you want. I used Mini Choc. chips.
