Layer One (Crust):
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour


Layer Two (Filling):
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts


Layer Three (Topping):
2 c. shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix layer one ingredients together and press into bottom of 9" pan and bake for 15 minutes at 325 F.

While crust layer is cooking mix together layer two ingredients for the filling. Then once crust has baked, pour filling over warm crust and sprinkle coconut over top of that. Bake for an additional 25 more minutes or until coconut looks golden brown. Cool and slice into bars.
