Mashed potatoes, either instant or the real cooked type, Powdered Sugar, and Peanut Butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Take about a half cup of mashed potatos add powdered sugar until stiff (I start with the 2 lb bag and it takes most of it). Use powdered sugar to flour surface of wax paper. Roll out small amount of potato mixture. Cover with peanut butter and roll up like a jelly roll. Slice and enjoy.
