2 c coarse yellow stone ground cornmeal
1 t salt
1/2 c powdered milk
2 t dbl acting baking powder
1 c milk or buttermilk
1/2 c wheat germ
2 T veg oil
2 T honey
2 egg yolks
2 stiffly beaten egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes or 15 minutes in half muffin tins or paper baking cups.
