2 1/4 c whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t baking soda
1 c honey
1/2 c veg. oil
1 c mashed banana
1 t vanilla
1 1/4 c yogurt, milk or buttermilke

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and grease and flour one large or two small loaf pans.

Sift together flour, soda and salt. Cream together honey and vegetable oil, slowly add banana, vanilla and yogurt. Stir in with flour mixture until blended.

Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes - 1 hours, or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
