6 cups cubed turkey
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup green peppers(optional)
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
butter
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 c. lemon juice (2-3 Tblsp.)
3 cups grated cheese (Cheddar or American)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the celery and onion in some butter. Add all of the ingredients together and heat until the cheese is melted. Fold in turkey or chicken can be substituted. 12 lbs. of turkey makes a double batch. Freezes well

another one just a little different. Use 9 cups cooked turkey or chicken breast. 1 cup miracle whip can use light. mayo. 1 cup diced celery and 1 cup diced onions steamed until tender. 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 3 cups velveta cheese cubed. Melt the cheese then add soup and miracle whip then the veggies and meat. Keep warm in a crock pot. Serve on buns
