20 cups of corn
1 16 oz. container half and half
1 lb. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Husk and wash corn. Cut it off the cob. Place the corn, half and half and butter in a roaster and bake at 325 for 1 hr. Stir halfway through. When cool place in freezer bags.

We do most of the work outside to keep the mess out of the house. I have that 4 brown grocery bags will make 7 batches. That will make about 30 qts. depending on how much you put in your bags.
