4 to 6 chicken breasts or 2 large cans chicken
2 qts. chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
2 (7 oz.) cans green chilis, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans corn
3 cans Mexican tomatoes
Red potatoes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts until done, reserving broth. Cool chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. Add all ingredients to broth. Cook over low to medium heat for 1 hour. Serve with Monterey Jack cheese, green onion and tortilla chips. (Recipe can be cut in half for smaller portion)
