1 ring balogna
4-6 hard cooked eggs
sweet pickles (I use one small jar)
mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the balogna, cooked eggs and as many pickles as you want. Mix this together and then mix with mayonaise. Serve as sandwiches or very good on Ritz crackers.

I remember mom always made these for birthdays. I would take them with us when we would go ice racing or away for a weekend. This has become one of Brittany's favorite things to help make. She will often suggest we get the balogna and make it for supper. Thanks mom for giving us these memories that we can pass down to our kids.
