3 pkgs. frozen broccoli (spears or chopped) , pr asparagus, or use fresh
1 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
6 tbsp. sherry (or more)
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
6 chicken breasts, cooked
3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. shredded sharap Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange cooked broccoli in 9 x 13 pan or large flat casserole. Cut chicken in large bite size pieces and place over broccoli. Mix together soup and mayonnaise, lemon juice ans sherry and pour over broccoli and chicken. Then sprinkle with cheese, them crumbs and drizzle the melted butter over the top.

Bake covered at 350 degrees about 1 hour, until bubbly and very hot or 1 1/2 hours if food is cool.
