1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp corn starch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
1 cup (1/4 lb) coursely chopped corned beeef
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup kraut, drained, rinsed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup butter (otional)
2 cups half & half
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth and simmer with onion until crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Add dissolved corn starch and cook until thickened. Stir in corned beef, cheese and kraut. Stir in half & half. heat thoroughly, do not boil. Season.
