One loaf thawed frozen bread dough 8 oz sliced pepperoni sliced mozzerella cheese 1 beaten egg
Roll out bread dough. Brush with beaten egg. Lay cheese and meat down middle. Fold dough over, lengthwise and lay another meat and cheese strip, roll dough over again. Seal seems and brush with egg. Bake on cookie sheet 350º for 30 minutes.
